The Ultimate Heavenly Combo Claypot of Wagyu and Rice
I popped over to this restaurant to satisfy my constant craving for BBQ and this spot was absolutely unreal!
The place is a newly opened wagyu restaurant in Shinsaibashi specializing in buttery and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness expected from Japanese beef. Each table is located within its own private room where the wagyu is grilled right in front of you!
First off, you are spoiled with their extremely pretty chopstick options🥢✨ Each one is beautifully decorated and you can choose your favourite. I chose the pink one with a floral pattern!🌸
We tried the beef tongue, which is another must-eat if you see it on the menu. The quality was definitely next-level!🥩
Personally, the most unique item on the menu was their wagyu rice claypot topped with uni✨(in the first photo) It is served two ways, on its own or with broth on it. So heavenly delicious!

今回頂いたのは、料理長のおまかせコース『極み』です✨
まずお箸をチョイス😍たくさんの可愛いお箸から自分のお気に入りを選べます🥢
どのお料理のお肉もとても柔らかくて、素晴らしい品質でした。
1番感激したのが1枚目の写真の『究極の和牛釜めし』ウニ、イクラ、和牛が合わさって、見た目もお味も最高でした🥹✨
テーブルは全て個室で、お肉は全て中居さんが焼いて下さいます🥩
素晴らしい体験でした🥰
