女子大エリアで一番馴染みの深いビルは栄ソシアルビル。
このビルだけでも気になるお店が幾つかある。その一つが1階の一番奥にある「寿しやの春ちゃん」
🍀本日の注文🍀
●付だし:まぐろのとろろ掛け
●赤貝刺身
●げそ焼き
付だしでまぐろの赤身にとろろが掛けられたおつまみ登場。まぐろでチビチビとヤリながら、貝類で刺身を聞いたら赤貝が今はオススメと言われたので大好物の赤貝を注文。
2枚貝は子を産む5月頃までが食べ頃なので今が旬。カリコリと歯触り良い食感と磯の香りが鼻から抜ける。わさびを多めに付けて涙を堪えながらビールで流し込む。
日本酒が飲みたくなり熱燗に切り替え。赤貝の刺身と熱燗の相性は抜群に良い。
げそ焼きを追加注文。げそは仕込みされた物を一度冷凍されてれ小分けに保存。レンチンした物を焼き台で炙って仕上げていた。日本酒のアテとしては十分のクオリティ。
鉄火巻きと奈良漬巻を注文してお暇。
お土産は同じビルのベース拠点へプレゼントして次の散策へ向かう。

The most familiar building in the women's college area is the Sakae Social Building.
In this building alone, there are several stores of interest. One of them is "Sushi-ya no Haruchan" at the far end of the first floor.

Dashi with Tuna and Tororo

The tsuke-dashi is a snack of red tuna with grated yam. While enjoying a little bit of tuna, I asked about sashimi from the shellfish menu and was told that red clams were recommended, so I ordered my favorite red clam.
Red clams are in season until May, when they give birth to their offspring. The clams have a crunchy texture and the aroma of the sea leaves your nose. I put more wasabi on it and drank beer with tears in my eyes.
I felt like drinking sake, so I switched to hot sake. Sashimi of red clams and hot sake go very well together.
We order more geso yaki. The gezo-yaki was prepared and frozen, then stored in small portions. It was then seared on the grill. The quality of the dish is good enough to be served with sake.
We ordered the Tekkamaki and Narazuke Maki and left.
We gave our souvenirs to the base in the same building and headed for our next stroll.
